Delete your Blockio: Time Rush account and data

Blockio creates an anonymous player account for you on Unity Gaming Services the first time you open it. You can delete that account and everything saved for it at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Blockio: Time Rush and tap Settings in the bottom menu.
2. Tap the Account row, then Delete my account at the bottom of the card.
3. Read what will be deleted, tap Delete my account, then Delete permanently. If you linked Sign in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

You need an internet connection. The deletion runs at once; if it is interrupted (no connection, the app closed), nothing is left half-deleted: tap Try again, or it completes the next time the game signs in. The game then starts again as a new guest from level 1.

By email (if the app is no longer installed)

1. Send an email to mtafasahin@gmail.com with the subject "Blockio account deletion". Include your in-game name, the platform (Android or iOS) and the account you linked (Sign in with Apple or Google Play Games), if any.
2. We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your player account (Unity Authentication player ID), your in-game display name and any linked Sign in with Apple / Google Play Games sign-in (the link at Apple is revoked too).
• Your progress saved in the cloud (Unity Cloud Save): levels, coins, bricks, power-ups, collections, profile, redeemed gift codes and the record of your No Ads purchase.
• Your current leaderboard scores. Reset (archived) leaderboard seasons are read-only and keep the score you had then.
• Your purchase verification record on our server.
• Your progress on this device. Device preferences (language, sound, music, haptics, settings) stay until you uninstall the app.
• The anonymous gameplay analytics collected on this device (Unity Analytics). Deletion is per installation: another device keeps its own analytics data until you delete the account there too.

What is kept

• Purchases are not refunded. One-time purchases such as No Ads stay with your store account.
• Purchase records are kept by Google Play / the Apple App Store under their own policies; we do not store payment details.
• Aggregated, anonymous statistics that no longer identify you may be kept.
• Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob under Google's policies.

Delete only some data

You can ask us to delete only part of your data (for example your display name or leaderboard entries) without deleting the account. Send the same email and say what you want removed. You can also turn off anonymous gameplay data any time in Settings.
